you do not wish to shop through PayPal, but do wish to pay with
a credit card or you wish to pay with a check, then another option
is to shop through our Kagi
online secure payment page, where we also accept all
major credit cards as as well as checks, money
orders and cash.
If you use Kagi to order and wish to pay with a
check or money order please do NOT send
these to me personally, but to the address you
will be
given through my secure online payment page!

can also choose to pay Cash US$ via registered mail. Please

Shipping
Important! Even though
I aim to send out orders within 1 to 2 days of receipt, in some
cases it can take me longer as I am not a corporation/large
company. I am just me :-) And like most people I have limited
time trying to juggle many different obligations, so please
be understanding of this. Each order will take about a week
to 10 days to reach you if you live in the USA. Please allow
approximately 3 weeks and if you have not received your order
by then, please get in touch! If you need your items in time
for a birthday or Christmas, please order early. For Christmas,
the yearly cut off date for orders to reach the USA in time
is December 10.
Postage and packing costs $3.95 for orders up to $100.00, orders over $100.00 receive FREE postage and packing.
Refunds
If your print
order arrives damaged and you do not wish me to send you a new
package you can contact me and request a refund for the amount
spent. Proof of damage will have to be submitted before refund
is initiated.
You can also request a refund
if you are not satisfied with the items, but I do request that
the prints are returned to me undamaged before
I proceed with the refund request. The amount that you spent will
be refunded to you minus an administration fee
of $5.00.
Gift
Vouchers
If you would like to buy
some Stevie Nicks inspired artwork for a friend, relative or colleague
who is the biggest Stevie fan out there, but cannot make a choice
from the selection, you can now opt to purchase a gift voucher
which will be presented to the person in question via e-mail or
a paper version through the postal mail.
You can purchase a gift
voucher for b/w prints, colour prints and mini prints,
or you can also purchase a gift vouchers for an original tambourine
artwork and let your friend, colleague, relative get in touch
with me in regards to the artwork to be painted on the tambourine.
